Heather has the attitude of attending to clients’ personal needs, just as a concierge in a fine hotel or apartment building seeks to enhance the experience of people coming into and leaving the establishment. Heather is so pleased by the experience of working in the spa that she is planning to study to become a spa technician.

About Hair, Etc. emphasizes and augments its family-style environment with coffee service for the adults and treats for the kids. They cater to the whole family. They employ five stylists and, as a somewhat unique feature, a barber. Specialties include color, waxing, and hair extensions. About Hair, Etc. is outgrowing its space and Nikkola has plans soon to remodel and enlarge the facility.
